At TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be in unworn and original condition to qualify for a refund.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
